Veggie Soup

3/4 cup broccoli, steamed
1/2 cup cauliflower, steamed
1/2 cup onion, steamed
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tsp chicken bouillion
2 cups boiling water
Add first three ingredients to the blender jar. Press the PULSE button intermittently for one-five times until they are coarsely chopped. Add 2 cups boiling water. Press the SOUP button.

Thick & Chunky Cilantro Salsa

1/2 medium onion, peeled
1/2 cup cilantro
1/2 jalapeno pepper
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp vinegar
5 to 7 roma tomates, quartered (you may use other varieties of tomatoes, however, romas are a more viscous variety and tend to make salsas thick and chunky)
Place the first five ingredients in the jar and press the PULSE button intermittently until chopped to desired consistency. Add tomatoes and continue to press the PULSE button intermittenly until chopped to desired consistency.

Peach Smoothie

Peach Smoothie
1 Cup Evaporated Milk
1 Tablespoon Sugar
1 Cup Vanilla Yogurt
2 Fresh Peaches, washed, peeled and sliced
May use 1 1/2 cups frozen or canned peaches, drained.
Add to blender jar and press the SMOOTHIE button.

Berry Blast Smoothie

Berry Blast Smoothie

Add ingredients to the blender jar as follows:
2-3 cups grapes
1/2 cup strawberries, leave the green tops if desired, they contain "good for you" chlorophyll
1/2 cup raspberries
1/2 cup blackberries
1/2 cup blueberries
Optionally, add a sweetener to taste as some fruies are sweeter and more ripe than others.
1/2 cups of ice

Secure lid and press the SMOOTHIE button. Enjoy this robust, yummy smoothie.
